1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rewards4all, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Rewards4all provides credit card rewards optimisation tools to help UK consumers maximise the value of their credit card rewards. We do not store your credit card numbers or banking credentials directly.

3. Open Banking & Account Information Services

Some features rely on account information services (AIS): read-only access to your account and transaction information, with your explicit consent. These services are provided through Finexer LTD, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number 925695), for whom Rewards4all acts as an agent, and the relevant Finexer terms apply as if you were a direct customer of Finexer. We provide account information services only and do not provide payment initiation services. Your consent is read-only and can be withdrawn at any point in the app or by contacting us; consent lasts a maximum of 90 days and must be renewed. We use this information solely to provide the service and never for marketing, and we do not sell it.

4. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your email is encrypted at rest and your sensitive data is protected using industry-standard encryption.

5. Disclaimer

Card reward values, rates, and offers are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy and recommend verifying with your card issuer. Rewards4all is not a financial adviser.
